The completed guest review form may be (a) uploaded to the relevant company information page on our website to inform (potential) customers of your opinion of the service level and quality, and (b) used or placed by Lombok Travel Online (LTO Tours) at its discretion (e.g., for marketing, promotion, or service improvement) on our website or social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, newsletters, or other media owned, hosted, used, or controlled by Lombok Travel Online (LTO Tours). We reserve the right to adjust, refuse, or remove reviews at our discretion. Disclaimer
